These terms cover website inquiries, displayed prices, availability, payment coordination, and customer communication.
Prices
Website estimates are shown in MXN with IVA included. Delivery fees and any refundable deposit are disclosed when applicable; out-of-area service requires confirmation.
Payment coordination
Payment is arranged directly after availability is confirmed. Any card payment has a 5% surcharge; cash and bank-transfer payments do not.
Accurate information
Customers should provide accurate dates, quantities, accommodation details, and contact information and should review the final confirmation sent by Sunny Beach Rentals.
