Rental agreement

Handoff and return
The customer confirms item counts and visible condition at handoff and returns all equipment within the agreed window.
Loss or damage
Normal wear is not charged. Missing items or damage beyond normal use may be charged up to the disclosed replacement amount after inspection and evidence review.
Confirmation
A website inquiry is not a confirmed rental. Sunny Beach Rentals confirms availability, payment, handoff details, and the applicable terms directly with the customer.
